Ceremonies & receptions must be booked at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled event date. A 50% deposit (wedding fee) is due at time of booking. Any cancellations and/or changes must be made no later than one week prior to scheduled event date. Full payment must be paid before event - advanced payment results in faster check-in. Dressing areas are available for the bride & groom only - other guests are welcome to change in park's restrooms. Ghost Town is not responsible for guests personal belongings. Ceremonies should last no longer than 30 minutes. Fees for both ceremony and reception are in addition to park admission (we will offer group rates for each wedding particpant, including bride and groom). Bride, groom and wedding attendants should arrive to Ghost Town's ticket office no later than 1 1/2 hours prior to ceremony.

THINGs to know

*Ghost Town offers discounts for groups with a minimum of 20 members. Children 2 and under are not included in the 20 person minimum.

*Group reservations are required at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. Call the Group Sales Office at 828-926-1140 to place a reservation or for questions regarding your order.

*Please designate a Group Leader for all your group’s arrangements. This person will be responsible for your ticket order, purchase and distribution of tickets. Group payments must be made as one collective order, so individual ticket purchases will not be accepted.

*Upon arrival to the park, please go to the Group Ticket Window to purchase/pick up your tickets. This window is located on the left at the ticket office. Only the Group Leader is permitted to make adjustments to the ticket order, and other members should wait away from the window.

*Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the park, so picnic lunches are not allowed under any circumstances.

* You may leave the park at anytime during the day, but you must get your hand stamped at the chairlift turnstiles as you leave to regain entry on the same day.

*Ghost Town offers a variety of meal options designed specifically for groups. Meal Tickets are a great option for any group, while Catered Picnics are available for groups with a 50 person minimum.

*Full size bus drivers bringing groups to the park receive a complimentary ticket. A Commercial Drivers License is required. Vans do not qualify. Chaperones do not receive free admission.

* Parking is Free!

*Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, or credit card. Please make checks payable to Ghost Town in the Sky.

*Ghost Town does not have a public intercom system that reaches the full park, so please make sure all your group members know where and when to meet. If a member of your group becomes lost at anytime, please notify a Ghost Town employee immediately.
